Hi, my name is Stacy.
I have a passion for helping people overcome the adversity in their lives, improve relationships, and work through generational and personal trauma. I specialize in women's issues, neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, etc), and adjustment to new disabilities or chronic illnesses. Our work can include building tools and finding new perspectives; understanding neurodiversity, in and around you and how to thrive in a world that wasn't always made for neurodiverse; managing the challenges and joys of parenting; and navigating through life transitions like becoming a parent, going through a separation or divorce, or changing career paths.
I utilize a variety of therapy approaches to help people better understand themselves, their wants and needs, and how to live more authentically in order to find the joy in their own lives. Therapy approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, DBT-informed, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Narrative, Somatic, and Feminist Therapy.
You do not have to take this journey alone and I would be honored to be able to accompany you. Reach out for a free consultation to see if we'd be a good fit!
Hi, my name is Michaela.
I know what it’s like to have my expectations of entering into motherhood feel so far from reality. Sometimes this looks like heartbreak, shame, or guilt. Perhaps it’s a reoccurring and self-blaming thought, why did my body fail me. Or maybe it’s guilt that bonding with your baby doesn’t quite feel like how you imagined it would. My goal is support you every step of the way to help you reconnect with who you were before this journey to process the grief, while also embracing the strong and resilient person that you are becoming. I’m certified in working with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and I specialize in birth and feeding trauma. I also find myself working with clients struggling with fertility challenges, foster parents, parents of toddlers, Christian counseling, and survivors of domestic violence. In practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psycho-education to help my clients reach their treatment goals. Instead of the constant self-blaming thoughts and overstimulation, imagine yourself walking in confidence with the ability to be kind to yourself. If sounds familiar to you, feel free to reach out for a consultation.
