TrueBloom Counseling is a specialized women’s mental health counseling practice dedicated to supporting women through life’s most meaningful and challenging experiences. We understand that mental health is deeply personal, especially for women navigating seasons such as fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum changes, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that helps you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
At TrueBloom, we believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself. That’s why we’ve created a space where your story is honored, your experiences are validated, and your growth is nurtured.
TrueBloom Counseling was founded by Amy Santus, MSW, LCSW, PMH-C, with a simple but powerful vision: to create a safe place where women can receive care that truly understands their experiences.
Too often, women’s mental health concerns, especially those related to reproductive health, postpartum challenges, and emotional overwhelm, are misunderstood, minimized, or treated with a one-size-fits-all approach.
By combining specialized training in women’s mental health, trauma-informed therapy, and evidence-based practices, TrueBloom Counseling offers a more thoughtful and personalized approach to care, one that recognizes the complexity of your journey and meets you with both expertise and compassion.
